Christ-centered worship – our services include both time tested hymns and newer contemporary songs along with verse by verse expositional preaching from the Bible.
A Friendly Family – We’d love to meet you! Feel free to introduce yourself to us while you are here. Please let us know how we can serve you or pray for you.
A Diverse Group of People – The people of CBC come from all different backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities but the gospel of Jesus Christ makes us one family.
Location: CBC is located on 805 E. Mapleleaf Dr in Mount Pleasant. Parking is available in the church lot with extra space also available at the Olson Powell Funeral Home next to the church. If you have found McDonald’s or Walmart you are very close to CBC. Our buildings are visible from both locations.
Service times: Services times are at 8AM and 10:30AM Sunday mornings with Sunday School (children and youth) and Adult Bible Fellowship classes available at 9:20AM. Sunday evening services begin at 6:30PM and Wednesday evening Calvary Kids, CBC Youth Team, Ironmen Ministries, small groups and ladies GIFT Bible Study all begin at 6:30PM.
Our Welcome Center – Please be sure to visit our Welcome Center when visiting CBC located in the front foyer. There you will find information about our church, gifts for visitors and greeters who can answer any questions you may have about CBC. Our church is an accessible facility and if you require wheelchair access, designated parking or seating, directions to our accessible restrooms, or additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
What should I wear? At CBC you’ll find that there are those who prefer to dress up to church in their “Sunday best” and those who prefer to dress more casually. Both groups are equally welcome and we encourage you to come in what is comfortable to you.
Is there something for my entire family? We are thankful that there are classes and services provided for all age groups. From the youngest infant in our church, to senior citizens and everyone else in between there are classes and programs that CBC offers to help people become faithful followers of Christ.
A message of hope – we believe that no matter where you are in life that the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ provides hope for all people at all times. Through our preaching and teaching ministry and along with our counseling ministry we desire to see people come to know Christ and then to see them grow and change into His image for His glory.
